9. Our contract
By sending a form or using this website you are agreeing to and therefore be bound by these terms and conditions, you accept that although Boxby.co.uk will do its upmost to process and send a completed form on to registered Couriers within the UK we can not guarantee that the Van Operator companies will respond to the delivery enquiries supplied and as such cannot guarantee that you will receive quotations from the Couriers. Please do seek alternatives if you haven't heard anything back after 5 working days as a quote from a delivery company depends on their availability and your location and as such may not be suitable to quote for. Boxby.co.uk accepts no responsibility for the 3rd party companies that your details are passed to and any contracts entered into or work done is strictly between you and the other party.
The service provided by Boxby is that of forwarding your enquiry form to registered operators. Boxby Ltd are not agents for and do not vouch for those persons, firms or companies whose services may be displayed, referred to or details passed onto within this web site or external means.
10. Pricing
The prices agreed for your delivery will be dependent upon the information submitted in your delivery enquiry form. Should you fail to provide all such necessary and relevant information, then either Boxby.co.uk or the Van Operator directly reserves the right to make a surcharge as applicable. This surcharge will not exceed 100% of the delivery price quoted by the Operator, and will be raised, and should only be paid, via Boxby.co.uk. Examples of situations where a surcharge may be levied would include inaccurate location/address details, incomplete or inaccurate information regarding access, parking etc. Or incomplete or inaccurate information regarding the size, weight, dimensions of the item being delivered.

11. Electronic communications
When you visit Boxby.co.uk or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail, phone or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Use & Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
