How it works for you:

You register, for free, on our site. Submit the details of your required delivery, including preferred dates/times for delivery etc. |

We will then send an email to all of our registered couriers & delivery companies. But most importantly to you, the only personal details sent to the operators at this stage are the Postcodes, and any location details you think are important for the couriers & delivery companies to know. |

ALL of our registered couriers & delivery companies are then able to submit a quotation. And we will send you an email letting you know that there are quotes left for you to choose and to respond to. |

As you are likely to have a number of different operators responding to your delivery enquiry, you can choose the one that suits you the best. This may be the cheapest, or the quickest, or the one who can deliver in the evening, after work etc. |

When you decide on the quotation for you, you select it, and it then passes for payment through our secure payment server. The job is then confirmed with the operator. Only after this point will your address and contact details be passed to your selected operator. |

After your delivery, we will contact you to confirm that the job is complete, and we then make payment to the courier.
You then get the opportunity to leave feedback for the operator you used, thus helping out other customers in future to chose their own operator. |

That you provide all necessary information regarding the item and the delivery locations. This lets the drivers quote you the best possible price. It also avoids unnecessary complications, and makes sure that only drivers that can do your job quote for it, saving you and them from filtering out unnecessary quotations. |
